Pose Description:
- Start from a forward fold position.
- Heel-toe or toe-heel your feet hip-width distance apart.
- Relax your toes length softly.
- Plant your soles down evenly.
- Bend your knees and relax your glutes.
- Hug your belly in and breathe.
- Drop your torso down between your legs.
- Release your arms weight to the floor.
- Bend your elbows and grab them with your opposite hands.
- Use your finger strength to pull your torso deeper.
