In this video, you will be doing a short Yoga flow. These movements are done slowly with focused rhythmic breathing. Use your props that will assist your alignment and physical confidence. Props could be things like a Block, a Strap, a Towel, a Pillow, a Chair, a Wall, anything that supports you. Enjoy your practice today!
